Petition to abolish the "two-party system" in American politics. Currently, the Democratic and Republican parties have a stranglehold on the political landscape of the United States. Abolition of the "two-party system" would force politicians to campaign and perform based upon their individual morals and values. This would also call for reform of the three branches of government in regards to majority/minority Speakers and leaders, along with changes to voting methods and rulings. States would follow an approved model abolishing the "two-party system", as well. With politicians acting on their morals and values, instead of siding with a party, they would be more inclined to follow their constituents' wishes, and government accountability would become the norm.
