SOPA is not only a violation of the first amendment, it is a decision that cannot be made without every government in the world approving of such thing UNANIMOUSLY. I petition that SOPA be permanently banned because it's never going to work. Attempting to make it work would be a waste of time, effort, resources, and money that we can't afford to waste.
