Seeing how Groundhog Day is acknowledged as more-or-less a complete farce perpetuated by tradition, we the people declare that Groundhog Day be permanently known, henceforth, as "Bill Murray Day."
In turn, Bill Murray himself will takeover the duties once held by Punxsutawney Phil, and - on the 2nd day of February each year - he will hold a national press conference to discuss his prophecy regarding the future of wintry weather for the coming months.
