Serving in Congress should Not be a Lifelong Career; representation by the people, of the people and for the people becomes lost when a person begins to feel too comfortable in a position and loses sight of the goals for the people. As our society changes, so should our Representatives if they are not in sync with the majority. No more should a 'Guaranteed' seat in Congress be assumed by any Representative when they are allowed to continuously run for the same office year-after-year.
