Every member of congress has a duty to represent their constituents and work for their country. It is time to put accountability on the shoulders of congress. America will not sit idle as washington wastes our tax dollars. Holding our economy hostage in political game of chicken will not be tolerated. The American people understand the need for attention and conversation on important issues. But we also demand, that those issues are debated and highlighted in a way that allows our country and its economy to continue to function and thrive. Congress must find ways to agree to keep the country moving or waive the next 1 month of salary to the American people permanently.
