Regardless of the fact that Richard Children's owns the 3 car, he should not have the right to keep it out of use for 13 years and bring it back for his grandson. No one wants to see this cat on the track ever again, certainly no being driven by a rookie driver. Kevin Hassock was driving the 3 car's replacement, 29, for all 13 years. Give Austin Dillon the 29 and all is well. Not a single driver deserves to drive the historic, at a national level, #3 in NASCAR ever again. RIP Dale Earnhardt Sr.
