This petition has been created in an effort to make communities safer by keeping Robert G. Cooley Jr.(Tn) from obtaining access to license for driving in the entire United States of America.
Through Statistical Analysis & Data Reconfiguration, it is reasonable for one to assume that Robert G. Cooley Jr.(Tn) is not mentally capable of safely piloting a motorized vehicle on ANY roads designated for public use.
I hereby declare that by request of the citizens of this great nation, Robert G. Cooley Jr.(Tn) no longer be able to drive on public roads.
