Anyone who has plead guilty or fined for hunting illegally/poaching should have their passports revoked so they are unable to travel to another country to poach/hunt endangered animals. Also revoke passports on a permanent basis for those who plead guilty to sex related crimes or who are registered as a sex offender from being able to travel to other countries where rights of women and children are exploited by "sex tourists".
