One way that people take advantage of our system is by receiving Food Stamps they don't necessarily need, and selling them to other individuals to purchase other merchandise - like illegal drugs.
Public should more closely monitor and be able to report with ease such instances.
Government should provide means to allow individuals to report such cases (i.e. internet website).
If reported and found guilty, Food Stamp benefits should immediately be revoked and individuals abusing the privilege should be permanently cut out from receiving those benefits in the future.
In addition, persons involved in the trade should be subject to penalization.
