Permit any and all African American's to change their slave name and European first names if they choose to do so, free.

My petition seeks to allow African Americans who are not trying to avoid law breaking or commit and sort of fraud to escape debt or subterfuge to change their sir names which are slave names and first name if they choose so, which are predominantly European at not cost to them. The cost should be covered by the federal government which allowed slavery to exist and flourish! It should be a simple process against the law for any state to try to charge for the name change or prevent the name change. Black sir names are like brands on cattle.
