Recognizing responsible, sound-minded citizens have the Constitutional right to bear arms and defend against threats foreign and domestic, we call upon all members of the Obama administration to uphold their oaths of office and not infringe upon this right.
Our founders recognized the right of individuals to defend against an individual or a corrupt, oppressive government. This precludes banning firearms sufficient to achieve this end.
Citizens must be allowed to retain weapons (even so-called Assault Rifles), ammunition, and high capacity magazines sufficient to protect themselves, their families and property.
