Recognizing the fact that very few mass shootings have ever taken place where citizens were allowed to carry fire arms, I propose this petition to allow for a "super carry" or changes to current "conceal carry" laws to allow permit holders to carry in Federal Properties, Schools and venues that charge admission. Doing so would allow citizens to protect themselves where they are most vulnerable.
