We petition President Obama to introduce legislation to allow any artists to deduct up to $12,500.00 a year for creative works donated for resale to a charity.
The parameters of this petition include:
1. Works to be any performance or product consider to be Art.
2. Limited to artist who itemize, cannot be combined with the standard deduction.
3. Value to be determined by current market value of the product.
4. Charity to be considered any 501 ( c ) organization.
