Permit Mike Roach to be with his same-sex partner in the US and end their discriminative separation under DOMA.

Created by M.R. on February 12, 2012

My name is Mike Roach, a UK citizen, and I've been with my boyfriend for two years. I've been visiting my partner using the Visa Waiver Programme. I've never broken the law or over-stayed my date of departure. The last time I entered the US I was told I should get a visa or eventually I'll be denied entry into the US.

I'm 20 without a degree and my heart is in the US with my boyfriend, I'm not eligible for any visa. I applied for a tourist visa and was denied and my ESTA revoked based on my gay relationship. I was told on two occasions my ties to the US were too strong. If I was in a straight relationship I WOULD have options. You have separated me from the person I love for four months so far.

Allow me to visit the love of my life. End my discrimination. Please help us.
