Pursuant to the overreaching measures and the multiplicity of unconstitutional actions of the general government of the United States being implemented against We the People of the State of North Carolina, resulting in the destruction of the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 10th Amendments, We the People of the state of North Carolina desire for North Carolina to be an independent and sovereign state, and member of the Republic of the several states.
In accordance with the US Constitution and Bill of Rights, and as set forth in the 10th Amendment and defined by the Founding Fathers of the Republic, we the undersigned desire for North Carolina to secede from the corporation known as the United States, and become our own nation-state with all powers relegated to the state and particularly to its people.
