Permit a Starting Fun for Newly opened buisnessess and companies

Many small Buisness and Companies in this United States have a very hard time starting out because they don't have the funds too do advertising or buy equipment to work with. This may cause the buisness/company to get of to a rough start. However, if the buisness or company got off to a good start, it could grow, creating jobs for the people of this United States. As being the co-owner of a small company myself, I know how it feels to get of to a bad start, which as I am typing this petition, am still in that bad start stage. But with this Funding, which could be a small amount, say less than $100(which is enough money to get a county-wide advertising with google). This will get many small buisnesses/companies up and running, and might send the unemployment rate down.
