Simplifying the current tax code is a nightmare. What if, while we're waiting for that to happen, they just gave us another form (and what's another for, eh?) listing every government agency that receives taxpayer funding, and we can check off the ones we want to support with our tax dollars.
Don't like the CIA, the DoD, the EPA, the EEOC, the LMNOP - whatever! Now, you will be able to say that they don't get any of your tax dollars.
