On or around 2006 Petitioner informed the office of the Inspecter General that he believe that he was kidnapped as a child and raised up in a foreign country. He explained that he was there untill age twenty five at which time he was smuggled back into the United States to make it appear as if he had been here all along. The Inspecter General forwarded the letter to Mr. Michael Mukasey the then Attorney General who responded by putting the petitioner into "Removal Proceedings." It was the beginning of a fight to stay alive after they cut off all his resources and ability to earn a livelyhoand. The full weight of the law was brought to bear and the petitioner was ruined. However, he would like to take this opportunity to reiterate what was said in 2006.
For It is true today as it was then.
