We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Personal injury protection (pip) gun incident insurance – a proposed ACA amendment and unique answer to gun violence

Created by J.B. on August 02, 2016

The U.S. is a nation crippled by an oversupply of weapons of mass destruction, sources of injury/death with no answer but tears. Every day, Moms live in greater terror for their children.

PIP insurance is commonly added to car insurance, but this proposal applies to gun incidents. Enough frustration currently exists that PIP Gun Incident Insurance will result in such a response, that a massive movement of people would use it to protect their loved ones. PIP Gun Insurance would pay all medical expenses, but it could be much more.

A low cost (or even free), Personal Injury Protection (PIP) insurance could be provided as an addition to the Affordable Care Act (ACA) as a voluntary election; it is no panacea, however it could provide a remedy where at the moment none exists.
