It has become apparent that the constitution is in shambles with the federal government taking over every aspect of our lives from cradle-to-grave. Whenever our politicians do not obey the constitution they have sworn to uphold it is the duty of the people to deny consent to our elected officials. Every person should have VETO power over their government. This means that if a person does not support an unlawful (meaning unconstitutional) program they will not be forced to pay taxes or pay fines when they do not obey the law; i.e., they deny their consent to be governed by elected officials that will not follow the rule of law. I encourage the Obama Administration to embrace the people’s right to nullify all federal taxes and fines.
