We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Persons are not responsible for their actions, the responsibility lies with the object that is used during the crime.

Created by M.J. on June 13, 2016

In response to recent events, many people have brought an argument that a persons intent does not matter and that the object used in the commission of a crime is the responsible party. If you look closely at these statements it can be seen that this is the case throughout history and over the course of all human events. There needs to be a change in our society and I agree with this - So I am proposing that all persons no longer be responsible for their own actions, that the responsibility should fall with the object used in the commission of the crime or any other actions. In my proposal all the onus would be taken away from the individual as long as they can show that an object was used and/or the person was under the influence of drugs or alcohol. We must stand together.
