persuade Canada to stop sending us polar vortex's.

The past two years our winters here in the US have been pretty nice. It hasn't been too cold and we'v been blessed with not that much snow. Unfortunately that was taken away thanks to Canada and their polar vortex's they have been generating. This is the second year in a row, practically like clock work that we have had a polar vortex sweep down from Canada onto us. We WANT it to STOP. Most of us were enjoying our snow-less winter, with warmer temperatures than normal, then it all changes. We HATE having a real feel temp of -24, We HATE having a high temperature for the day of being 1 degree. It's crap and we am sick of it. So please Canada, we know you hate your weather, and now so do we. PLEASE stop sharing your polar vortex's with us, We are cold, and we are desperate.
