With increasing Vegetarianism all over the world it is time that the US take steps to ensure the values of Vegetarians. For example, in India all vegetarian products are marked with an easily recognizable mark: a green dot inside a green square.
I, a vegetarian, have cautioned myself many times against a specific product as I am not sure whether or not it is not produced with any meat ingredients. With an easy marking, this problem could be easily solved-benefiting millions.
For example if someone were to come from out of the country and understand only minimal English, this label would be easily recognized.
