The Chicago Cubs baseball franchise has pur forth a losing effort for over 100 years with no hope for change in the forseable future. We request that the president moves to have Major League Baseball end this franchise before it becomes to big to fail and qualifies for a government bailout. In addition to the losing the stadium, which is falling apart and emits a foul odor that can be detected for several miles, is taking up prime real estate which can be better used by the people of Chicago.
