Persue the use of tax credits for all tax paying U.S. citizens to purchase identity theft protection services

On behalf of myself and other U.S. Taxpayers who might agree with me, I am petitioning to request a future change to our tax code that will provide tax paying US citizens financial assistance in the form of a tax credit to purchase identity theft protection services. As many know, Some of the main priorities of our Government is to protect its citizens. We are no longer subject to only physical and chemical attacks but cyber attacks now as well. In my view, the US government should provide assistance to its citizens for identify theft protection. I do not necessarily support identify theft protection as a service operated by the government, but do feel that a tax credit for the purchase of private identify theft protection would serve us well.
