The mission is to have a national database created for animal abuse offenders, much like domestic violence or child abuse, to aid in the prevention of animal abuse and violence.
Perpetrators of abuse would be added to the database and black listed from adopting or working with animals, and be more easily held accountable and served justice for crimes committed against any animal.
