As we know, beginning the year 2014 a law was created to regulate gratuity and also placed a tax on all alcoholic beverages and food. This may not affect many people, except servers and industry people. Especially cocktail servers, most who rely on gratuity since a vast majority of people do not know how to tip. Hopefully, this petition will raise awareness to our government and make them realize we love off tips and gratuity.
