Weather you have crossed the border or not. The Border Patrol can now stop you, search you, and violate what used to be considered a constitutional right under the 4th Amendment. My pledge is to make it against the law for the Border Patrol or any Police Officer to search people who have not crossed the border unless they are under an official criminal investigation that is signed individually by a judge. If a person is not breaking the law and not a criminal they should not be subjected to this or discriminated against because they are a poor person or of Mexican heritage. People are being stopped that are not have not visited Mexico and having their rights stripped from them. If you want to protect our rights please sign this petition.
