Petition To Allow Any And All States To Secede From The U.S. With A State Vote Approving So And Establish Their Own Gov.

Any state in which the majority of it's residents agree they would like their state to secede from the U.S. should be allowed to pending a majority state vote. They should be allowed to set up their own government
