Petition to allow any person a right to earn his gun rights back after a domestic charge.By good time passed or severity of said crime.People change and we should be able to prove that one way or another.As the law sits you would have to have a president pardon to do this.As of today none have been pardoned.Tho one who robs a bank at gun point can receive a pardon from his govenor of the state he resides in after back ground checks.We deserve a way to show weve changed.
