Recognizing the tradition of the President of the United States to pardon individuals, we petition the Obama Administration to not provide Hillary Clinton in her role as Secretary of State, a full or partial pardon, full or partial immunity, nor any other legal recourse to avoid prosecution for any possible crimes committed, related to her handling of national security secrets contained in her emails, and the alleged Pay for Play scheme related to the Clinton Family Foundation where donations allegedly were accepted for favors granted by the former Secretary of State using government resources. We ask that the Administration also not provide pardons or immunity to Clinton’s State Department Administrative Staff, and Clinton’s attorneys and other staff connected to her emails scandal.
