Petition to ban idiots from the Internet and any broadcast media.

Given the powerful influence of media in the lives of everyday American, we petition you to restrict access to the Internet and broadcast media so that only people with an IQ over 100 may voice there opinions. We understand they may still write letters to the editor and rant and rave on street corners. Surely this is enough. Give the rest of the people some relief!
