To many helpless kids have died cause of the careless actions of their own parents.In order to bring more harsh criminal charges to parents or caretakers of children who are left in cars. We would like to have a automatic felony charges for assault if a child,disabled person or the elderly is left in a car. If a death has occurred then they should be charged with felony murder.
