We the people petition to put a wall around Texas. They are the only state in where the ebola virus has been spreading. 1.1 million Texans have opted out of Obamacare and denied billions in healthcare funding. That is 25% of their population uninsured and unprotected from infection. There has been a huge anti-vaccine movement that is growing in that country. Texas suffers from many curable diseases such as measles and whopping cough.
