We the undersigned call for the Nation to enforce decency laws in the case of sagging pants. A ordinance should apply to any person over the age of 12 yrs old. This ordinance/ban would include clothing that is considered offensive, indecent or unsafe to include garments worn below the hips. Pants, shorts or skirts shall not be worn more than three inches below the waist. Dressing in this manner could be offensive to children or other members of the community.
We call for violations to be addressed by the police who can request compliance or alter the clothed immediately. Violators can also be ask to exit the public street, road or property.
Anyone who fails to comply will be issued a citation or escorted from the public street.
