This petition calls for the F.B.I. to examine the violent beating of Albert Flowers by Derek Middendorf.

Summoned to a domestic dispute, Derek Middendorf of the Melbourne, Fl. Police Department, disabled his mounted dashboard camera before exiting his vehicle. Middendorf's filed incident report claims Mr. Albert Flowers, A 66 yr. old, approached Derek Middendorf in an aggressive manner with a weapon in hand, whereupon Middendorf claims he used necessary force to affect an arrest.
