For strengthening freindship between simple people, the petition of century is offered to lead(carry out) a referendum in USA and America. It is necessary to prepare it well. The Incorporated Europe has appeared. Russia and USA will not accept to the Incorporated Europe. What can be the answer to associaon of Europe? Only Confederation of Russia and America.
