Petition for changes to the Americans with Disabilities Act to establish clearer lines of enforcement and oversight.

This petition is presented to encourage changes to the current ADA. In the current version little to no enforcement guidelines and oversight exists which result in the disabled being forced to rely on civil litigation for redress. This results in the courts being clogged with both valid and frivolous lawsuits which under constitutional law my be endlessly appealed with no recourse or results. Furthermore, lack of enforcement results in widespread abuse and disregard in the private sector.
