A Petition to clarify the rights of Gun owners and better Define and train the Unorganized militia

1) That Sen Feinstien withhold her Proposal for a re-institution of a Federal assault weapons ban until after the Congress Assembled can create a balanced budget
2) That Sen Fienstein define what a Military characteristic is before such legislation is brought forward
3) That a Committee consisting of members of the Congress, Firearms experts,Armed forces, and members of the Unorganized militia under title 10 U.S.C be assembled to discuss the impact that Military service Arms and munitions in the hands of the Unorganized Militia would have in national Defense.
