Submit congressional legislation in order to accept the Puerto Rican people referendum results for Statehood voted in November 6, 2012 elections. Let Puerto Rico become the 51st State of the Nation based on referendum results and 100 years of serving the United United, defending and fighting the Nations wars as United States Citizens.
