The Obama Administration needs to petition congress to increase federal funding for local law enforcement to train their officers to spot the signals, signs, and the lead up to mass shootings of innocents. Along with training to better see the signs of dangerous people(s), law enforcement would also receive funding to better deter and handle mass shootings when they occur. Following complaints of potentially dangerous individuals officers need to be equipped to fully understand if the individual is capable mentally and physically to kill masses of innocents without regard.
