To petition Congress or the 50 states for a constitutional convention to reform congress and empower all voters

Congress is broken, the president and the supreme court have stretch their power in response of the failure of congress to act for the nation. The speaker of the house is no speaker but the supermajority leader. The house doesn't represent for or of america. The Senate is no longer a debating body and pro tem is a figure head. No one in Congress is behold by oath to the entire nation nor held accountable to the nation. They said we are their bosses and they are our public servants. We are not. Any true bosses would have the power to hire and to fire(elect and impeach). We do not. Any true bosses can order our employees. We do not. And that is just one of the many problems that exist. The parties have exploit the flaws and loopholes and america has suffer. We must suffer this no more.
