Dear President Obama,
We , the undersigned,birth-mothers, hitherto called First-mothers,implore you to begin beseeching on our behalf that that congress to begin to draft legislation for adoption reform.
From early on the First-mother has been left utterly defenseless against a powerful and highly political Industry.
This Industry is ruthless and willing to do whatever it takes, including dirty and under-handed tactics to get their customers the babies they want. They prey on the poor,the weak, and the frightened.
We were not given full disclosure as to the harmful effects, the emotional scaring that occurred as a result.We were told that because we were poor we could not correct raise a child.
America stands for justice, sadly we are failing in this area. Please be our voice!
