Petition for a Constitutional Amendment to cancel midterm elections and extend Congressional terms to four years

I'm asking the Obama Administration to petition for a constitutional amendment to cancel midterm elections because Congress is broken. Members spend too much time fundraising instead of governing because their terms are up every two years. I suggest we make Congressional members' terms four years and those for the Senate either four or eight years, so that everyone is elected during a presidential election year.
