Whereas, around the United States of America, individual states have created and adopted a “Referendum Process” where voters can initiate action for the Legislature to pass or where voters can rescind Legislated actions (reference: State of California’s Process found at https://www.sos.ca.gov/elections/ballot-measures/referenda.htm).
Whereas the People of the United States of America have become disillusioned about their “representation” by Members of Congress and its apparent inability to pass substantive Legislation on matters of National Importance, such as Immigration and Naturalization, Term Limits, Education, the Environment;
Therefore the undersigned to this Petition, demand the Congress draft an Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America using the CA process .
