A Petition to Sign to Create Jobs
Dear Congress of the United States of America, The United States House of Representatives, and/or President of the Federal Government of the United States of America, I want Andrew L. Clark the Owner of CEO (Clark Engineering and Operations) to receive $10,000,000,000.00 a year for ten years in a row from the United States Department of the Treasury, and I want Andrew L. Clark to control the funds, I also want the funds held by the company CEO to hold for Andrew L. Clark, so that Andrew L. Clark will spend all of the funds to create jobs for United State citizens born in the United States of America with in a 10 year span.
I also want an Interstate built from Little Rock, AR to Montgomery, AL to Tallahassee, FL to the Atlantic Ocean coast.
