Petition for Creating Syrian Refugees Settlement in Gwam

The national security concerns of the people of the United States is unprecedentedly high about the incoming Syrian Refugees after the horrible terrorist attack in Paris, France where three terrorists have Syrian background. The U.S. government should establish Syrian Refugees settlement in Gwam. This has several advantages: 1.The Gwam is far from mainland where moving of the refugees can be more strictly monitored. 2. The Gwam tourist economy slows down these years. Governmental spending will boost local economy. More population for the island also helps local economy. 3. The Gwam has 1/3 population of U.S. governmental and military workers who can manage and help the 10,000 refugees better. 4. Young Syrian refugees can be trained to protect their homeland there.
