Petition to declare the American Government illegitimate for infringing on our I, IV, V, VI, VIII, IX amendment rights

This is a formal petition to challenge the legitimacy of the American Government. In the last 12 years the government has passed the Patriot Act (PA), Military Commissions Act (MCA), and most recently the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) in 2012. The PA allows the government to search our homes, papers, and effect, with out our knowledge, justifiable cause, or a legitimate warrant. The MCA allows the use of coerced evidence in our judicial system, and the NDAA allows indefinite detainment of American citizen without due process of law. Laws that violate the natural rights of a free public, are illegitimate. Whether secured by vote or chicanery- no government deriving it's authority from the public, has the right extirpate that which is innately ours by the design of our creator.
