According to our first president, George Washington, political parties were a bad idea. Yet every president after him was a part of one. This, for a while anyway, has been a non-issue. The primary elections have selected candidates and these candidates went on to the main election to become the President of the United States. Wit the leaks pertaining to the numerous emails sent about the Democratic National Convention, it may reveal that the Democratic Primary election may have been rigged. To remove these political parties, this would remove the chance of people being removed from the election because of corruption within the parties. Political parties were never mentioned in the U.S constitution, yet it plays such a big part in every election.
