Petition to Disburse Cobell Settlement Money, Without No More Delay's

The Cobell Settlement was agreed upon December 7, 2009, a year later President Obama signed the settlement legislation on December 8, 2010 and all subsequent hearings have been done and, OVER FOUR YEARS LATER, the class action settlement has yet to be disbursed. The Cobell Settlement has been ongoing for several years, and the process seems to fraught with greed, lies, and a lack of concern for the people, who,by law, are entitled to the settlement.The attorney's have been paid 99 million and11.25 million, while Indians continue to sit and wait. Tribes and rural Native Americans are without adequate heat, the poor are barely making ends meet, elders have inadequate housing, many Native's are needy. We are concerned ciizens who urge you to act now, DISBURSE AND PAY US OUR SETTLMENT!
